Some days you just need a quick card to send someone special. I am thinking green as it once again is predicted to snow yet another 6 – 12 inches of snow! So I think we will grow some magic flowers. I am entering this card in the Heart 2 Heart Color Green Challenge, the Cards in Envy Green Things Card Challenge, and HeARTFUL Anything Goes Challenge.

I have always enjoyed working with the embossing folder especially near Easter! I embossed the cross and then added tiny flowers and vines using Rubber Stamp Tapestry stamps in the corners. What do you think of the card? I am entering it in the Less is More Dry Embossing Challenge.

Some times I need a quick and easy card to let someone know that I am thinking of them. This card has a row of washi tape and then thinking of you stamped underneath the double score lines that appear directly under the washi tape air balloons. I am entering this card in the Addicted to Stamps and More Clean and Simple Challenge. What do you think of the card?

I started playing with the scallop heart dies and the next thing I started doing was playing around with CAS style cards! Such fun on this very cold and very snowy day. I continue to be enjoying a streak of making simple but elegant cards. I stamped, colored and die cut the roses on this card. I placed them on top of a lacy die cut doily. What do you think? I am entering the card in the CAS on Friday Color Me Pretty Challenge.

Sending Paw Prints supports our furry friends by collecting blank thank you pet themed handmade cards and donating them to animal shelters and rescue groups for them to write thank you messages to foster parents, donors and volunteers. The first months challenge is PAW PRINTS in honor of the blog name, Sending Paw Prints! To play along the challenge is to make any blank thank you pet themed handmade card… with PAW PRINTS!

It has been a long time since I have done any card challenges. Being newly retired has allowed me some quiet creative time. This card was created for AAA Cards using Stampin Up materials and stamp. The music paper is from Close to my Heart.
