Super Special Saturday Fun Stampers Journey Some Bunny Loves You

Recently it has been very hot resulting in parts of days having to be spent inside in the air conditioning. I have had no difficulty keeping myself busy playing with some wonderful products from Fun Stampers Journey. My sister recently became a coach for the company. This stamp set and die set is wonderful. I made a total of six cards and decorated a card box for them. I stamped sentiments that can be used year round! I had a lot of fun with this carrot and rabbit coloring with alcohol markers. What do you think? I am entering this in the Crafty Animals Anything Goes Challenge.

Super Special Saturday Ice Cream Pop Up Card

I love making the pop up box cards as they fold flat for mailing and allow the recipient to receive a beautiful 3D card. As the temperatures are warming up it is time to enjoy ice cream. I made this card with a stamp set and die set from Pink and Main and colored the images with alcohol markers. Make sure to treat yourself to an ice cream cone today!

Super Special Saturday Pink and Main Tea Pot Cards

Recently I was introduced to Pink and Main stamps and dies by the owner of Inky Hot Mess in Geneva New York. I absolutely LOVE the high quality stamps and dies! I made this set of four tea cup cards and tea pot with the Pink and Main box card die and formed a box out of the die. I cut out Pink and Main Shades of Spring designer paper to form the tea pot to cover the box and added the celebrate die from the box card die set. I used the arch tag die set to cut out the front of the cards and adhered them to 4 inches x 3 inches white card bases. I stamped the Perfect Blend images with black memento ink and colored the images with Shin Hin alcohol markers. After coloring the images I die cut the images with the Perfect Blend die cuts. I love how the set of four cards came out and entering them in the Pink and Main Challenge 30 Anything Goes. What do you think of the project?

Super Special Saturday Forsythia Wreath

This past Thursday I had the honor to show a great group of ladies how to make lilacs using the Heartfelt Creations lilac stamps and dies. Everyone had a grand time and went home with some lovely lilac accessories. As I was getting ready to leave I noticed a forsythia on the hostess’s door. She saw my mind going and I said to her look at your wreath forsythia flowers have four petals and a very similar shape to lilacs. I am going to go home and play around and see if I can make a wreath. So I used CTMH canary yellow paper stamped with CTMH cream brulee ink. I shaped the flowers the opposite way from making the lilac flowers in the Heartfelt Creations shaping mold. I placed HEart of Gold prills in the center of each flower. The leaves are die cut with Stampin Up old olive paper. What do you think of the wreath? I am entering the wreath in the Crafting with Friends Anything Goes challenge.
