This project is a joint effort to be your best for several companies. It is fun to make a project that you are not limited to working with one company. This project uses a CTMH stamp set, colored with alcohol markers and accessorized with Heartfelt Creations daisies. My regular Wednesday night group of ladies had a lot of fun making the cards and have a head start on a beautiful handmade gift! I entered this box of cards in the Anything Goes challenge at Crafting from the Heart.

Super Special Saturday Forsythia Wreath

This past Thursday I had the honor to show a great group of ladies how to make lilacs using the Heartfelt Creations lilac stamps and dies. Everyone had a grand time and went home with some lovely lilac accessories. As I was getting ready to leave I noticed a forsythia on the hostess’s door. She saw my mind going and I said to her look at your wreath forsythia flowers have four petals and a very similar shape to lilacs. I am going to go home and play around and see if I can make a wreath. So I used CTMH canary yellow paper stamped with CTMH cream brulee ink. I shaped the flowers the opposite way from making the lilac flowers in the Heartfelt Creations shaping mold. I placed HEart of Gold prills in the center of each flower. The leaves are die cut with Stampin Up old olive paper. What do you think of the wreath? I am entering the wreath in the Crafting with Friends Anything Goes challenge.

Sometimes we need a quick and easy handmade thinking of you gift to give someone a little bit of encouragement or inspiration. On my crafting desk were these six pencils that I decided could provide some inspiration with CTMH inspiration words from the Bible. Of course when you are looking for a pencil you can locate everything except maybe the kitchen sink and a pencil! I am entering these inspirational tags in the Heart 2 Heart Challenge.
