Other products: Paper trimmer, ribbon and Stampin Up ink in Melon Mambo, Early Espresso and Garden Green,  glue dots, pearls, scallop oval punch

Instructions: Inspiration and step by step pictures for this project comes from: Hot Off The Press 3D Frame Card Template and here

To make the basic frame card, cut one piece of white cardstock to measure 6″ x 8″ in size and a second piece, 12″ x 6″, folded in half down the center to create a 6″ square card blank. Take the 6″ x 8″ piece of card and place in front of you, with the longest side facing you, score the frame at 0.5″, 1″, 7″ and 7.5″ and fold along the score lines. To create the aperture in the center, measure 1″, 1.5″, 4.5″ and 5″ from the second score line on the left hand side and make a faint pencil mark. Turn the card around 90˚ and then measure again t 1″, 1.5″, 4.5″ and 5″ and mark with a pencil. Join up all the pencil marks to form a square and core along each of the solid lines. Cut diagonally from corner to corner of the scored square to create four triangular flaps in the center. Create a mountain fold, followed by a valley fold along each of the score lines to create your inset to your frame. Apply adhesive tape to each of the end tabs of the scored card. Mount the frame onto the front of your 6″ x 6″ card blank. Add adhesive to each of the four flaps on your frame and attach them to the blank card to form the box. Cut a piece of white card, approximately 4 1/4” square and place in the center of your frame card and you now have your basic frame card to decorate. Cut one classic border basic die and glue across the top of the frame card.

Stamp the petunias with the classic petunia bouquet cling stamp set. Cut the petunias out with the petunia bouquet out with the classic petunia bouquet die. Color the petunia bouquet with Stampin Up melon mambo and garden green ink with the dove blending pen. Apply designer dries clear adhesive and apply shell white microfine transparent glue to petunias. Punch a scallop oval from white cardstock and stamp with Stampin Up early espresso ink “Let’s Celebrate” from the small classic petunia cling stamp set. Attach the petunia bouquet with glue dots and glue the scallop oval to the bottom of the card. Attach pearls around the frame of the card.

Instructions: Inspiration for this project came from My Sisters Scrapper and a step by step video of this card clutch can be located here. Take one sheet of 12 x 12 inch decorative paper and decide which side you want inside and outside for your clutch purse. With the right side of the 12 inch decorative paper down, bring the corners together and fold the paper in half diagonally to form a triangle. From the fold, turn up approximately 1 inch and press the fold along the bottom. Flip the triangle over and turn the 1 inch fold to the other side. Press along the previous fold line to reinforce it. Open up the paper to the inside of the clutch purse. It is easier to continue if your turn the paper so the fold lines are in the vertical position. Bring both corners with folds up to the center of the paper. Fold in a mountain valley style. The center fold will be a mountain fold.. Close the clutch purse and fold back the corner. Add a magnet closure to the inside of the clutch purse. Stamp one small, one medium and one large size petunia with Stampin Up early espresso ink. Stamp two leaves with Stampin Up garden green ink. Use Stampin Up Melon Mambo ink and a stack and store dauber to color the three flowers. Shape the petunias according to the tutorial on how to shape the petunias. Place Hot Mama prills in the center of each flower with designer dry clear glue. Add a spritz of glue to flower tips and sprinkle shell white glitter on the tips of each flower. Attach completed flowers to the outside of the clutch purse. Place pearl embellishment in the middle to simulate the closure.

Instructions: To see a close up of this box click here. Inspiration and step by step pictures for this project comes from: Tattered Lace Issue 6 and top for box comes from here

A DOWNLOAD of the Treasure Box Template at: here

STEP 1: MAIN BOX Cut a 12” x 6 1/4 ” piece of cardstock and then score at 3”, 6”, and 9”. Cut eight pieces of decorative paper 2 7/8 inches x 6 inches and apply to each side of outside of and inside of the box. Stamp, color and die cut 4 Classic Petunia Bouquet vines and place on inside of main box as shown in picture. Stamp, color and die cut two classic petunia bouquet baskets, flowers, and hanging baskets for outside of box and place on outside of box as shown in picture.

STEP 2: DRAWERS Cut four squares of cardstock measuring 5.875” (5 7/8″) x 5.875” (5 7/8″). Score each of the squares at 1 1/2 ” on all four sides. Cut to the 1st score mark on two sides. Glue each drawer together.

Cut four pieces of decorative paper 2 3/4″ square for inside of each box and 32 pieces of decorative paper for inside and outside of drawers 2 3/4″ by 1 1/4″. Apply paper to inside and outside of drawers. Die cut 4 vines with white cardstock, one for each drawer with the Cut Mat Create 1B Die and place on drawers as shown in picture.

STEP 3: DRAWER PLACEMENT Lay your main box scored piece down flat and then align and glue one drawer to the very top edge of the right panel. Align and glue another drawer to the very bottom edge of the left panel. For the middle two drawers, you will want to use a glue that is temporarily repositionable. Position one drawer to the panel adjacent to the right top drawer just below the top drawer. Position the remaining drawer to the panel adjacent to the left bottom drawer just above the bottom drawer. Immediately close the panel after positioning to make sure the drawers are straight and positioned correctly so that the box will close. Reposition if necessary.

STEP 4: LID The lid has 2 parts. Cut 2 pieces of cardstock measuring 7 1/8” x 3.5”. Score each piece at 1 1/2” on the long side and 1” on the shorter side. Cut the long score line on the short side  down to the 1 1/2” score line. Then cut 1” in from the end along the 1 1/2″ score line to the 1” score line as shown. This little flap will be the connection between the two lid pieces. Now tuck the tab in and fold the long side of each piece in half. Place a small mark at the center of the top of the two folded pieces of cardstock. The mark should be placed with the shorter scored section with the tab at the bottom. Now you need to score from the center mark down to the end of the scored line on both sides. Unfold the two pieces and position them as shown with a tab at each end. Before gluing, you will want to use a decorative corner punch for each of the 4 corners. Line the corners up exactly and then use the punch on both sides. Now fold in the middle and use the corner punch for the other two corners. After punching the corners, fold along the scored lines to form the lid. Line up the corners exactly and glue them all together. Your tabs should be at opposite sides of the lid. Apply glue to the flaps and tuck them inside to attach them to the insides of the lid. Stamp, color and die cut four small and large classic petunias. Shape petunias and place one completed petunia on each of four sides of the lid.

FINAL PROJECT: Fold your box with drawers together. Your lid will fit over your box easily yet snugly. Decorate as shown in pictures. Apply Beautiful Bling Borders – Fancy Waves and Beautiful Bling Borders – Fancy That to outside of box as shown in picture.
