This curvy wreath is gorgeous, easy and fun project that can easily be completed in one evening for a quick holiday or hostess gift. Here are the directions to make this tremendous wreath.
- Take a 12 inch foam wreath and lay it flat on your work surface.
- Take about 24 inches – 36 inches of ribbon and tie it around the wreath.
- Select a minimum of 12 coordinating pattern papers. I used two sheets of three different red and green Heartfelt Creations Festive Holly and two sheets of three different Heartfelt Creations Winter’s Eve paper for this wreath. Take your patterned papers and using a paper trimmer cut all 12 sheets of patterned paper into 1/2 inch by 12 inch strips.
- Curl all your papers with a bone folder. Take your bone folder in one hand and pull it along the length of the paper with your other hand just as you would when curling ribbon. Repeat for all strips of paper.
- Add your curled strips to your wreath in any order that is pleasing to you. Simply push a dressmakers pin through the center of each strip and push it into the wreath. Keep adding strips to the wreath alternating the strips so that the mix includes all the patterns and color. Work your way around the wreath until completed!

I am quite surprised to find out that this wreath is made from curled strips of paper. It’s so puffy! I think I might add a red ribbon bow. Love the holiday colors!
